Remember how I said in my blog post Recessionta Brewed Coffeethat I own a coffee press from Ikea but don't like to use it?
The beau had brought me flowers (in addition to the pineapple) and I didn't have a vase to put them in. So I used my coffee press! It looks quite lovely and puts to good use a device that was just collecting dust in my kitchen.
Hmmm... Flowers are always nice. Are those Hydrangea by the way?
...But you SHOULD absolutely try to make correct coffee in that IKEA coffee maker. To give it a little soul and importance I can tell you that the coffee maker actually has a name. It's called KAFFE which is Swedish for coffee and was designed by the very fine Swedish designer Tord Björklund. Please give it a second chance! :)
